The person who checked us in was very helpful and welcoming. The room was great. Check out was easy.

The work out area needs to be expanded. Two treadmills are not enough.

"We managed."

Pillows and bed were good.

We had requested handicapped help. We were told that was not possible. It would have been good to know that beforehand. At least, we could have been put near an elevator, instead of the far end of the hall. My impression is that the request had not been passed on. Also, we had prepaid and the clerk said they did not have that record although my reservation was there. Payment apparently came through later. Bathroom setup was very awkward. At least, there could have been free coffee in the lobby.
