Lovely hotel very clean and modern large tv in room and a great buffet breakfast.

All good and as described room, service and facilities ....excellent

Disappointed with the breakfast taken. Whilst good variety and sufficient on Saturday the majority of the items on the full breakfast counter were cold with no covers on the dishes to assist heat retention. On Sunday the meat items were overcooked and hard and cold again.

Lovely clean hotel. Really friendly and helpful staff. Huge soft towels and powerful shower. Breakfast was beautifully cooked.

For the price this property was excellent value for money. Clean and comfortable. Pre check in I contacted the holiday inns booking line number and they were very unhelpful. Contacted the hotel directly and the receptionist was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Just how people in the hospitality industry should be!

Everything you would expect from this hotel chain. It was clean and comfortable with good facilities. The breakfast was good and there was a reasonable choice of evening meals. It was very cold weather but the comfort heating in the room kept it warm.

Stayed as we had a wedding nearby. Good location, large rooms and a comfortable bed. We were by the main reception and entrance so it was a bit noisy otherwise a pleasant stay. We did not have breakfast so can’t comment on the food. Would stay here again if we were in the area.

Remote location but Northampton a short drive away. Closeness to M1 is amazing.

The first night was excellent but the second night I was not feeling very happy as the receptionist ( Dean) was trying to double charge me the room price but I informed him I will then contact Hotels.com to let them know. I had to show him the emails that I received from Hotels.com to prove to him the payment. I felt that he was not very nice.
