I would like to express my disappointment regarding the level of service at your hotel. After a long and exhausting journey, guests expect assistance and support upon arrival. Unfortunately, we were asked to handle our own luggage — carrying it up and down without any help from the hotel staff. This does not meet the expected standards of guest service and leaves a negative impression about the overall hospitality experience. In addition, we noticed unexpected extra charges applied on top of the tax without clear explanation, which creates confusion and gives the impression of a lack of transparency in billing.
