We stay at this hotel everytime we visit Cleveland to see relatives. Could not be happier. You must have breakfast served by “Eli” who is the friendliest and accommodating person! He’s always ready with a joke or something pleasant to say. Reception personnel and house cleaners are also extremely pleasant.

Nothing.

I booked a king bed and a sofa bed. But I was give a king bed only. When I asked the receptionist where the sofa bed is, she told the booking does display the requested for the sofa bed for the book.com she did not seem considerate. A room service person who brought us a rolling bed seems not happy that I requested what I booked for. Later we also found out a smelly towel in the bathroom. My wife also saw a torn out fabric hanging under the bed.
