"Okay Stay"

This is a decent hotel that provides a shuttle to the Richmond airport. The hotel needs upgrading in the rooms. The bathroom shower/tub has mold throughout the seals. The room itself is okay for a one night stay. The staff was pleasant. Justin Baynes provided excellent customer service to me upon my arrival.

"Great location, very quiet facility."

The location was great. Very convenient to where I needed to be as well as the proximity to the other hotels where friends stayed was extremely convenient.

We got to the hotel at 2:30 pm, after our event to get settled. Everything seemed fine. We headed back out. Upon our return, we pulled out the sofa bed and a used linen was still on it. In addition there were crumbs on the bedsheet. Which tells me housekeeping did not pull out the sofa bed. In the bathroom, there was red balled up hair on the floor. I, nor my children have red hair. It was late and we were extremely tired. So I removed the linen, Lysol’d the bed and placed new linens from the closet. We checked out at 6:00 am Sunday. I called the hotel to share my concerns, but as of today, no one has called back.
