Courtyard by Marriott Detroit Pontiac/Auburn Hills

First day of breakfast was good but second day they were out of stock some items that I had had the previous day and different cook wasn't quite as good on the third day as the first day

Previous problems with breakfast has mentioned in the first question Also, staff did not completely make up the room each day and restock coffee and make the beds properly. It was kind of a little bit here a little bit there.

Their breakfast was awesome

Only complaint that I have is my grandson spilled something in the bed and I rode the sheets and blankets down for they can see it to give me some fresh sheets or change to bed cuz it was a big red spot there they just made the bed up and I had towels laying there where I try to get it up they just grab the towels I made the bed back up had a little problem with my key not working but the front desk lady was awesome she even walked up there and opened the door for us

Room size was nice. I liked that the toilet was separated from the sink.

The cleanliness was not good. The light figures were so dusty. The tub was not glazed and showed signs of dirt and use. Really gross.

Clean bathroom

The staff service here was simply amazing. From the front desk staff, to the restaurant staff, housekeeping, etc. Everyone was so warm and friendly and made sure that I was taken care of. As a Bonvoy Platinum member, they made sure that I had all of my amenities and perks, and then some. The menu in The Bistro is typical of most others, but the food & service were very good. And, the portions were large. My room was clean and comfortable. This hotel is in a great location, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. I would definitely stay here again.

The bed was comfy. The pillows were not.

The desk lady took a customer ahead of me who wanted pillows n things. There's no extra help for her to answer the phone or check customers in. She should have made her wait, but it's not a big deal. She did not tell me about the extra money for incidentals and argued with me the next day that she did. Idk. I was tired, so maybe I missed it. I usually don't miss conversations about money. They charged me twice. I'm disputing it. I want my money back.
