Courtyard by Marriott Denver Southwest Lakewood

Good location, clean, friendly staff. Rooms were small and oddly configured, pool was cold, and the hot tub and door to access patio didn’t work.

This hotel is a good middle of the run hotel. The rooms are updated and the property looks modern. The hot tub was OUT OF ORDER for the whole week I was there, which was kind of annoying since I chose it so I could use it during a golf tournament. Obviously if they cared they could have had a technician come in that time frame. There were a few hairs on the ceiling of the shower from a previous guest. I made the mistake of not paying for the fast WiFi (why you have to pay extra for normal speed WiFi in 2025 I don’t know) but once I did that I was unable to get the faster WiFi on my computer which caused me to miss Zoom meetings for work. Even after going to the front desk to troubleshoot the issue. Cassie at the front desk was great and so were the Starbucks people at the bar area.

Chemicals in the pool were so strong it was burning our eyes and skin also hot tub doesn’t even work.

Stick Figure at Red Rocks was amazing! I booked her because of the hot tub. Hot tub out of order, pool too. Although it was generous to have the ability to use the neighboring pool, a hot tub was desired. It was a bummer.

i picked this hotel over some better options just because it had a pool...so my kids would have a pool and hot tub to enjoy... pool and hot tub ended up being broken..out of service and not actively being worked on so that was a big disappointment i wish it had been posted online or something considering they said it had been out of service for a while already.

THERE WAS NO POOL OR HOT TUB AND OUR HOTEL CAUGHT ON FIRE BUT DIDNT NOT COMPENSATE THE CUSTOMER FOR NEITHER.

The king room was very small and the key did not work every time on the door. My husband had to push it open every time because the door would stick. The shower was still dirty with the metal piece covering the drain out on the floor. We brought my 3 year old and planned to have her sleep on the pull out bed but there weren't enough sheets. I spoke to the front desk and he reprogrammed the keys but they still didn't work. I let the front desk know about the shower and pull out bed. He apologized and offered to move us to a new room but none were available. He did give us a voucher for a free breakfast and Starbucks.
