Disappointing Stay – Not What You’d Expect from Marriott Spent the weekend here with my husband and had a terrible experience. As a Titanium Elite member, I expect better service and communication. Unfortunately, that was completely lacking—especially from the manager, Alex, who was dismissive and unprofessional. We were wrongly charged for items we didn’t use, and the staff was accusatory instead of helpful. No recognition of our elite status, no follow-up from management, and no courtesy throughout our stay. I won’t be returning—and I do not recommend this property to anyone, especially Bonvoy members.
