Nothing special. Normal budget property.

Staff very rude.

It was comfortable.

Very nice property, very clean and updated. Nice scenery and area, would like to stay for a weekend trip rather than one night to fully enjoy the hotel area.

no complimentry breakfast - starbucks area within the hotel was nice for some but overall starbucks is very expensive was not going to pay close to $20 for a deceenet breakfast - bought some food at kroger and ate in our room was charged a $25 incidentals fee at check in which hasnt but is suppose to drop off at check out but we werent told about this at check in

We really enjoyed our stay at the Courtyard Bonvoy Columbus in Worthington, Ohio. What made it exceptional was the staff. We are not complainers, but we had a few hiccups during our 4-night stay. We talked to the front desk and the Manager came out and personally took care of us. I very rarely give a 10 to a hotel but the staff there took really good care of us. Thank you to Qui at the front desk and Manager Joe Forte for exceptional attention to detail. Marriott should recognize them both as exceptional employees.

The pool was very much out of the way and was covered with a film. Needs maintenance.

It’s safe location close to the Columbus Zoo with great places to eat nearby.

My 9 year old grandson said the water pressure wasn’t good in his shower. I didn’t check it out.
