The location right off the freeway made it convenient. There was free parking. The facility was clean & accommodating. The staff were extremely kind with the exception of one.

We had one late evening staff member that had a little attitude because we paid for our snacks with change. However we had change because we thought we would be purchasing items from a vending machine. Th

The room was clean and the bed comfy. My only complaint was that I had asked for an accessible room - but did not get one. Handicap parking near my assigned room as not available nor were any luggage carts available at that entrance. The person at the desk was very nice and brought my luggage to my room --- but that did not help when I was trying to leave. For that reason, I would not stay again as it was very difficult to access and check out of my room - regardless of how nice the room was. :(
