Courtyard by Marriott Atlanta Windy Hill/Ballpark

My room is very comfortable and reasonably priced, but more than anything I have to brag about the customer experience! One particular associate, Daphne Bowen, stuck out to me as someone with an incredibly personable, funny and helpful persona. She helped me book my reservation last minute and was very friendly and professional in her approach! Daphne is a definite Assest to your company! I would put her in my pocket and not let go! Her customer service is beyond impeccable she made me feel so comfortable about staying at this property I really appreciate Daphne and welcoming me to Atlanta.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was exceptional! I was checked in by Larry and he was amazing. I talked to manager Cheadee and several other employees. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Could not have asked for a better place to stay.

The staff here was amazing. Everyone I encountered was very helpful and considerate. Truist Park is not far at all. Their shuttle driver droped and picked me up. ON TIME!!! Excellent Experience.......

I loved my time here at the Courtyard Windy hill. Donique, Jessica, and their entire staff were courteous, friendly, genuine, and welcoming. Every time I walked through the door they greeted me with a smile and asked how my day was. Any request I made was taken care of immediately and professionally. I would definitely stay here again next time I am in town and highly recommend anyone else to do the same.

Donique ,the Cortyard manager, really bent of backwards for me during the 2 month stay there. I really appreciated the professionalism of the staff. And when my family came to visit she worked hard to get extra rooms for me. She was extremely accommodating to all of my needs. Also I recommended many of my colleagues to stay there and they were taken care of as well. The location was very convenient to my place of work. I would definitely be willing to stay there again when I come back into town. In these times of Covid when is difficult to be comfortable while traveling, It was easy to relax at this hotel.

My family and I enjoyed a wonderful stay at this Marriott! We stayed time and time again during the Atlanta Braves 2021 post season and of course the World Series!! The entire management team and staff truly made our time at this facility so fun, friendly and accommodating during our stay!! We highly recommend this Hotel!!! ***Also this location is super convenient to Truist Park Atlanta Braves stadium.

Out of date- dirty- loud.. only lobby updated..bug on wall when checking in- odor of urine and body odor in room .. only double beds.. not queen.. friendly staff- but would never stay again! We were here for baseball tourney- we stay at a lot of hotels/ this is my first review...
