Courtyard by Marriott Atlanta Windy Hill/Ballpark

We stayed 4 nights and the staff was very welcoming. Room and AC were good and sufficient for what we needed. As mentioned before, very close to Truist Park and yes, the rooms are slowly getting dated.

Very friendly and courteous staff. We stayed overnight after attending an Atlanta Braves baseball game. Room was clean. Just what we needed for an overnight stay. Extremely close to Trust Ball Park. We arrived earlier than the stated check-in time of 4:00 pm and was immediately provided with a room. The staff was very accommodating.

The customer service is ok. The lady that check me in was nice, but for over 180.00 - 223.00 this room is horrible. Today is May 13th and It smells, it's not clean and the furniture is dated. I went to the front desk to ask for an upgrade and was told that's not possible. This is a waste of money. I feel like sleeping in my car, but it's to late - money spent. Do not spend your money here until they upgrade. As a Marriott BONVoY memetic this is unacceptable. 😡

First of all I would like to stay that the staff was super nice. The room left something to be desired. There was an inch gap in the sliding glass door. The popcorn ceiling was feeling. The bathroom was nice but you could see some of the Cox coming undone. But overall it was My state was OK

The stay was not good and it was mainly in the details and then because of the smell. We were told to park on one side of the building and the room was on the other so we had a long walk. There was a used towel hanging on the bathroom door. The room was worn down. The room only had decaf coffee instead of regular. The hallways reaked in certain areas it is located near Truist park.

I expected more from this Marriott property especially with the signs in the lobby saying they have increased the amount of cleaning. The bathroom had hairs all over the shower, the towels had gray stains all over them, as well as the faucet just being skipped over and white stuff all on it. The staff was very nice however and it was close to the Battery which was nice for the Braves game.

Hotel staff is great and great job to management for hiring Ra’dyance she’s a beautiful site to look at while I grab a morning coffee and her customer service is great! Will definitely be back here when I need a place to stay

I was fortunate to encounter a great team at your Windy Hill Location led by the amazing Justin Brown. It was Valentine's day weekend and I called ahead for a little assistance. Justin did an amazing job in assisting me by coordinating flowers to be delivered to my room. He also went the extra mile by spreading them all over the room creating a phenomenal experience. I will stay there again and refer a friend thank you Courtyard and Justin.

I have nothing but great things to say regarding Woody Gray and his excellent customer service. I got a late checkout due to my work meeting not being until later that day and then I was catching a flight at 11pm and Woody was nice enough to let me stay in my room until I needed to leave. He made my stay much more enjoyable. Thank you!!
