If your walls are damaged by water and the paper is peeling, fix it. If your bistro isn't actually open, update your website. When the ice machine breaks call someone to fix it instead of just saying "it work when it want to". If the carpet is wet, tell someone or don't put people in that room. If the sign said Joe's Motel I would not expect much. The Marriott flag used to mean Way more

very close to the ball game clean and smells very welcoming the only thing was I called to confirm before traveling that they had a pool and they said yes but failed to tell me that the pool was closed

OLD! DIRTY! the floor was literally wet! Dirty sheets still laying in front of room door There were many people complaining about rooms. I felt sorry for the staff
