Courtyard By Marriott Hartford Windsor Airport

My usual place to stay when travelling to Hartford on business. The staff are always very friendly and helpful, and the hotel is clean and convenient. The cafe staff are also very friendly and helpful. Will return.

Pro - outdoor patio area was pleasant for dining Al fresco. Con - 1) walls very thin so TV /voice from neighboring room easily heard. 2) Unlike the photos there is no indoor pool. Lobby staff said the pool has been removed from operation since 2016 and Expedia doesn’t update their website.

smelled like s cat hfs urinated in the room. the smell was overwhelming. we then found a roach next to one of the lights. would not go back here in the future

I heard kids screaming and crying

My two kids showered first, then I went. I got out of the shower and grabbed the remaining towel, pulled it to dry my face, and it smelled nasty. Kind of like if you leave your laundry in the machine for a day or two before drying it - sour and gross. Ended up using a hand towel to dry off with. Got into bed, and one of the pillows also had the same sour smell. Didn't sleep all night because no matter what I did, I kept smelling the same thing and could never really find a source. I even washed my face and head again in case it was coming from me via the nasty towel. Overall, if a hotel can't provide basic clean towels and non-smelly bedding, what's the point?

Nothing, dirty, over charged, having difficulties getting refunded.
