The staff was great. The rooms were clean. Only downside was the construction going on in the hotel.

The renovations that they are doing are only going to improve the overall experience at the hotel. But the rooms were so clean and everything is better.

Hotel was great in a great area. They are doing construction right now, which is the only reason I gave it a lower rating. However, I would definitely stay there again.

I found out the night before arrival that there would be outdoor construction and that the pool would be closed. The maze to get to the rooms because the lobby and elevators were limited was challenging. There was a huge roach in my room which I believe was a result of the outdoor work too. That freaked me out. However, the staff were great and very friendly. I loved the area and the convenience of the location. I will likely wait until the construction is done before I return.

The property is under remodel some of the rooms smell like cigarettes did not have shower mats,does not have a safe. Housekeeping could do better in cleanliness

No breakfast

difficult to get in the door to hotel with key card if you have anyrthing in your hands. There is a wide space between card pad and door handle and you have to use two hands because you have to open door at the same time you touch key pad. It is a big stretch if you are a small person and annoying. Also the shower design sucks as you have to get hit with cold water when you turn on the shower. You can't turn on water from the side and then get in after the water warms up. The refrigerator is too small and a microwave would be good. Will never stay there again.

Not good at all. Pool closed. They are renovating the hotel now. I would use this has your absolute last option until everything has been complete. We left the hotel within 2 hours of the stay and booked someplace else. Dont go until everything is fixed.
