Courtyard Chicago Oakbrook Terrace

I loved it, the sweet lady in the reception area did her best to accommodate 2 rooms I had, she was so sweet! I will definitely come back here.

Lack of trash can in the room

I recently organized a company event and arranged a room block at the Courtyard for our employees. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. The hotel was spotless and had a fresh, pleasant scent throughout. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and professional, and the General Manager went above and beyond to ensure our group was well taken care of. We also made great use of the hotel shuttle—our driver was punctual, courteous, and made transportation seamless. The lobby served as a perfect gathering spot for both a pre-event happy hour and a relaxed after-hours get-together. The guest rooms were immaculate and thoughtfully appointed. I especially appreciated the in-shower complimentary shampoo and conditioner. Housekeeping did a phenomenal job maintaining cleanliness throughout the week. Working with the hotel staff was a breeze—they were incredibly accommodating and responsive to our needs. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, whether for business or leisure. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
