Staff it’s very good

The rooms and all areas of the hotel were very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Only a couple of things I would improve/add: there was no complimentary breakfast, the bistro was only open for defined times and there was no availability for a good coffee when closed. The location was not close to coffe shops or restaurants. Our initial room had a malfunctioning AC and when we advised of it, was told that it would be reported but there was no maintenance person there that day (Sunday) but they would send housekeeping to take a look and if it didn’t work correctly we will be changed to a new room. No one came so the next day I advised the desk personally and was told ‘oh, yes that the engineer has advised there was a problem with that particular unit ‘ - no advice was communicated by the desk until I re-asked. They did change room for us but we had to hurry to changeover as we had an appointment - no help was offered. Not sure we would stay there again.

Although the Bistro was excellent, the hours and days available were very inconvenient. I was under the impression that there was a full restaurant. This will make a difference on my next trip.

This listing is misleading and false advertising. The hotel is listed to include free breakfast with the booking but in fact does not and when inquired of the breakfast we were informed additional payment is needed. Staff is OK but doesn’t possess the customer obsession in jumping to customers entering the premise. Instead, they focus more on chit chatting with each other and puts customers as secondary priority.

The male front desk staff was so rude and need to be trained in communication and customer service skills

The property was clean and the staff was very nice..
