The staff was incredible, and recommended wonderful places to eat.

Convenient location except for the homeless people lining up for the soup kitchen right behind the hotel on Sunday morning (just under our window!) Expensive parking Very nice staff at check in / check out.

The property was well appointed and in a decent location. There were good restaurants, nearby, and overall a good location.

I would say the worst part about it was the quantity of unhoused individuals lingering around the property outside at times.

Very clean hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful at all times from front desk to security. The housekeeping did knock on both of our doors at 8 am to let us know check out is at 12 pm. Which was odd. Parking was easy. I used the 24-7 market which was very convenient. Overall great stay.

Very spacious room and great staff. When we asked for towels, we got them right away. Rooms are spacious. Great location on 16th street mall. Nicely decorated 1st floor with lots of meeting space. Problems are dim lighting in bathrooms, small issues with maintenance and housekeeping, wish they served breakfast, parking is expensive, and mattresses are so-so.

Whenever you book a hotel to a city you've never visited your never sure how it will work out. This time it was a home run. This hotel is excellent, very centrally located and walkable to a lot of great locations. The property is very well maintained, and the service is excellent. Would definitely recommend. If you need Uber service, there is never an issue.

very clean and comfortable; liked the availability of parking on site and having a restaurant to have a glass of wine or just a quick bite. The location was close to many things in walking distance.
