It was located by a lot of things.

The hallways and stairways looked dirty. Like it was awhile since it was vacuumed. I lifted up mattress and a lot of dirt and dust. Also, no continental breakfast or free coffee downstairs. I don't think I would stay there for those reasons.

There were no towels in the pool area and when we asked for a towel, they said they were out and handed us two hand towels and a bath mat (better than nothing?). The cafe was expensive and the staff at the cafe never took our order after we stood there for 25 minutes. She was helping another couple and then had to prepare their food from scratch apparently and just ignored us. The walls were very thin. We could hear someone knocking on another room door in the hallway and slamming doors late at night. I did like there there was a pool. The pool area is nice. There was convenient ice on our floor. Other than the cafe staff, the front desk person was nice.

I loved my stay at your facilities The staff was nice, the rooms were clean and the location was great! Would definitely recommend to a friend and your facilities would be my choice of stay on my next visit

The employees were great! Expedia was awful! They overbooked the hotel and there were no rooms available! But the staff were very helpful to try to find a different hotel for us!

We were in town for a hockey tournament and the service was great. The hotel was clean and comfortable!! The staff was extremely friendly. The rooms were roomy and very comfortable. 2 restaurants are within 2-3 walk. I would highly recommend!!

Even though supposed to be accessible had tub shower, no hand held shower head until we changed rooms, hand held was scalding or off, no clock on second room,TV did not work in second to, no safety bars right out of tub/shower, ledge going into bathroom made walker difficult
