"Beautiful new renovation"

Check in with seamless was greeted by a friendly woman behind the front counter. I was informed about the ongoing renovations that were about halfway done …I was excited to see the new rooms ..the new rooms are modern and sleek. The bathroom is beautifully updated.. I had a wonderful stay. I look forward to visiting again on my next trip to Michigan. could not ask for a better stay

"Nice stay "

Everything was great the only thing I didn’t care for is that the TV was not facing the bed. It was on the wall adjacent to the long side of the bed and if you’re like me who likes to fall asleep watching your favorite shows this may bother you a bit, but other than that, I would say it was an excellent stay. Great location as well. You’re only about 15 to 20 minutes from downtown Detroit and everywhere else really.

Won’t book again. Under renovation, cleaning not up to par, no complementary services. Limited towels, no hair blow dryer, you have to walk out of the hotel to the pool because half of the building is shut down.

i stayed ro days they did not come with more towels or washclothes no sheets for the sofa bed & no housekeeping available...front desk gave away my 2nd suite....

"REFUND MY STAY!"

Absolutely awful stay. * Sink was clogged (slow drain). * Found dirty towels on balcony upon arrival. * Room was not refreshed and used towels were not replaced. * Pillows had an oder. * Couch/Love seat was stained. * Carpet dirty with visible stains. * In room refrigerator not working. * No ice. * Hallway very dark due to several non-working lights.
