I wasn’t able to cancel my reservation for the weekend once I got there. I have a lung issue and with the condition of the construction it was hard for my breathing

Wè have stayed at this property several times because its the closest to where our children live. The staff is always very friendly, but the internet sucks. Even streaming a movie is interrupted with "loading"

It was okay. The room and the property hae seen better days-everything was tired. However, renovation was taking place so, it will improve. The second floor room balcony was nice, overlooking a garden. The breakfast was not a hot breakfast-just cereal. The coffee made up for it-hot and strong.

Well I do understand that you were under construction. However, everything was fine. I would stay again. I cant wait to see the updates. Even without the updates things were nice. My bathroom door locked from the inside. I don't know how, but they receptionist was very nice about getting us to another. I would like to see a better breakfast presentation. Their were flies hovering around the food. Perhaps this will come with the new construction.

"Stay as far away from this place as you can!"

This was probably the dirtiest room and hotel I've ever been in. The bathroom was full of black mold, the ceiling had water damage and staining, the furniture and carpet were stained and dirty, the table was damaged. We asked for a different room and were offered a room next door to major construction. We checked out, and were told that our money would be refunded, but so far it hasn't been. Awful experience.

"BEWARE! Dirty and moldy! "

The room was TERRIBLE. Black mold all over the bathroom (see photographs), and when we asked for a room change, we were offered a room next door to renovations going on. We moved out. The charges for the entire stay (Friday to Monday) are still on my credit card, and I hope we don't have a problem being refunded.
