"Do not stay here"

The first room we were given was on the first floor with a glass door that opened to the parking lot. There was a stick to insert behind the door for safety. We requested a different room, and were given a third floor room. There were no disposable cups, the glass cups were dirty, the floor outside of the elevator downstairs was sticky, there was a stain on the blackout curtain, no soap in the body wash dispenser, whole hotel was in desperate need of a makeover. We do not intend to come back. Super disappointed in Marriott. I'm a rewards member, typically love this chain, and booked through Marriott not a third party. The staff were friendly.

Everything was great from check in to check out. Room was fine and because I have status my wife and I enjoyed complimentary breakfast. The only issue we had was the streaming services (Netflix and Max) were not functional. This was very disappointing. Dana at the front desk was very nice and extremely welcoming.

"Wishing for cleaner stays! "

While this was one of the cleaner hotels we have stayed in, theres more that could be done. I do not feel any hotel really concerns themselves with REAL clean rooms. Moldy shower curtain. Rings around the tub. Dirt on the floors. Mirrors not clean. "Stuff" all over the doors and walls in the bathroom. Really not a warm cozy feeling.
