Breakfast was great, location was great.

I could not use the onsen because I am tattooed however they did make me aware ahead of time as I emailed before I arrived. Not a problem, facilities in the room were great.

Cały domek jest bardzo fajnie urządzony dwie duże sypialnie z wygodnymi łóżkami . Wyposażenie kuchni jest cały sprzęt do gotowania, jest bardzo sprawne ogrzewanie i klimatyzacja. Polecamy

L'emplacement proche d'une rue commerçante et proche du tramway. C'était propre. La chambre était très grande. Le personnel très gentil. Tout est mis a disposition.

Malheureusement, nous n'avons pas pu accéder aux onsens car on est tatoué.

호텔바닥은 노후되어 삐그덕 거리고 침대는 형편없었음 움직일때마다 소리가나고

The Staff was really friendly and always tried to communicate with us in English sometimes by using the smartphone for translation. So overall really nice stay with a great location close to the castle. We also got everyday a new set of towels hung to our room door and the washing machine and drier were pretty nice. There was also a public bath with a pin code safety measure for the woman. (we couldn't use the bath unfortunately, since tattoos are not allowed in there) Luggage forwarding through Yamato transportation by the staff was also available.

The only nit picking thing would be, that we couldn't use the public bath due to having tattoos, but we knew it beforehand.

Great location, great price, lots of space, staff were friendly and gave great recommendations. Everything was perfect. Central to many food areas and tourist attractions.

Old style room key needed to be checked in and out of reception everyone you came in and out of the hotel.

So close tp dverything, kind helpfull staff and large comfortable room.
