Room size, staff, very clean, very confortable bed.

I paid the higher rate for breakfast included and was told by staff to charge it to the room and it would be taken off the bill. Now I am getting billed $96 for breakfast and when I call they say breakfast was only for 1 person. Who would book a room for 4 but breakfast for 1?!

The room was clean, staff was clean excellent, but the carpet had a couple holes in it.

I have visited this property before, but 9/9/24 was by far the BEST. I traveled with a breastfeeding mother who needed to freeze her milk. The in room fridge wasn’t as cold as we needed. I went downstairs to the desk where I met Larry. He had me label the milk and ensured it was kept frozen until check out. The following morning we had a very early departure flight; and there were no available Uber’s or Lyft’s. Larry called someone and we were picked up within 10 minutes. We made our flight on time and had a great stay! Genuine kindness is sometimes an extra task these days. But not this day! Thank you Larry!!

Facilities were in good condition and staff members were all friendly.

Possibility to sit outside the room would be nice. Option of breakfast is perfect.

Three Marriott hotels near the airport - confusing. Give each hotel a distinct name.

It was one of the best places we have stayed.

I booked online thru booking.com. I paid for 2 rooms. We had a problem checking in and had to pay again for our friends 2nd room. So now I have over paid and need to figure out how to get refunded.
