There are several positive things such as employee friendly, shuttle from airport you have request before to come, check in made it before the time and check out give me extend time one hour. Thank you good experience with courtyard by Marriott. I will comeback soon.

The person on the reception gave us a room for physically challenged person because she must have felt that I “might need it”. This looks like a tactic by hoteliers to reserve such rooms first, whether to show that physically challenged people also have comfortable stay at your hotel, or they usually gives invaluable rooms (which otherwise nobody would take) to people migrating from other parts of the world without. The sliding window was broken.
