Courtyard by Marriott Henderson - Green Valley - Las Vegas

First room smelled like a sewer contacted the front desk immediately after walking into room nothing was done in the first hour and a half then they change me to a different room WiFi was so bad couldn’t check a simple email I kept getting locked in my room the door wouldn’t open from the inside going out area was ugly check in was slow I did not like this property at all

Room was nice, clean, and comfortable.

They provided 2 towels per room although I booked it for 4. No cleaning service either during the day.

Michelle at the front desk gave me a big welcome by my name. I have stayed here in the past. Always a clean lobby and a patio attached to my room. Quiet and accommodating every day in the lobby and in the hallways. Close to shopping and 9 restaurants

Everything was fine

The concierge was very nice and sweet, the hotel was very clean and quiet.

The room was clean and very comfortable. Quiet with friendly staff. Good restaurants all around and grocery stores were close. Close to the freeway and I would definitely stay again.

Clean, electricity, running water, wifi.

You guys should really let people know when properties are under construction/renovation. I wouldn't care, traveling alone and all. But I imagine some parent thinking they scored a great deal with Marriott and then they roll up and there's a dumpster out front and you can't even tell if the place is open for business, and someone gets 'that' look from the family. At least have the contractors park out back and not to leave a damn scissor lift out front. Even after confirming the booking, tell us that when you show up, things will work and be all good, but there might be a 'damn scissor lift' out front when you arrive. Save the embarrassment vibe.

I stayed for 3 nights for business. It's very close to the LV airport and I saw some flight crews staying here. They offer 24 hour shuttle service to the airport that leaves twice an hour. It's also a 20 minute local car ride to the LV convention center. The hotel doesn't offer complimentary breakfast. However, they have a Starbucks in lobby as well as several restaurants in walking distance. I opted to get breakfast at Ely's Diner across the street from hotel. There is also a market across the street as well. The room similar to other courtyards and residence inns that I've stayed it. It looked relatively new and well kept. I thought the lighting in the room was somewhat dim and bed to be too soft for my comfort. The shower had ample hot water and good pressure in the morning and hotel provides soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the room. The hotel internet is slow and I preferred to use my cellphone internet. This was probably my only gripe about the hotel. Even though the hotel is directly under the landing path of the airplanes, I heard very little noise from outside and noise was never an issue when sleeping. Would recommend.

Staff was great, The small restaurant delivers quality food and drink. It’s my new place.
