"Very poor experience for a Courtyard"

Titanium with Marriot so about 100 hotels a year, This was a horrible experience. I wont go into everything, but here are the low lights: (1 list streaming services, but you can not access them (any of them), (2) guide just shows the station not the shows. (3) TV very slow, (4) bed below average, thermostat only lowered to 65 but room never got below 70. Just a very unenjoyable stay, look else where.
