room was smoky/musty smelling.

The room smelled like urine

The phone number to the hotel doesn’t work, no one answers. Also our in-room tv didn’t work and the in-room phone was disconnected so we couldn’t call the front desk to ask for help. The “bistro” flatbread was just a frozen pizza and they didn’t give me my chicken with my Caesar salad.

I didn’t stay I checked into my room that smelled of mildew mold and musty carpet so pungent it made you tear up. I asked for another room the second room was the same. There an issue throughout the hotel with flooding of some sort there were buckets and debris everywhere the wall paper was buckled and the housekeeping staff were using air freshener to mask the smell. I asked to cancel my room I was told I could I went to retrieve my family returned and asked for a refund and I was told I would be refunded for the room.

You can tell the property has not had an investment in improving or updating the facility or rooms. My keys did not work just trying to get in the room & everything looked 20 years old. I will not stay there again.

When I walked in the young lady was very friendly and was very welcoming. I hate I didn’t get her name. The room was very nice and clean and the atmosphere was great. Only thing that was that the phone wasn’t working. But overall I enjoyed my time there. I will definitely book again!!

This hotel should not be a Marriott property! Although the lobby area is nice and check in was fast and friendly, after that not much else was good. There was a huge stain on the hallway carpet right outside my room. Inside, the cabinet door over the mini fridge was broken, the freezer area of the fridge was filled with a huge, unmovable block of ice (it badly needed defrosting) and the mattress was lumpy and in need of replacement. The room temperature would not adjust, the toilet barely flushed and there was a dirty towel still hanging on the back of the bathroom door. I’m a Marriott Bonvoy silver elite member and this is the best they can do? The location was convenient to gas stations and restaurants (no free breakfast here), but nearby traffic at night was loud. I was just passing through the area and redeeming a free night certificate, but even for free this is a disgrace for the Marriott chain. Do better!

Needs serious renovation. Place stunk and very old looking. looks dirty. I slept on top on the blankets.

upgrade. cleanliness

This was a very nice stay. I never once felt unsafe while my family was staying. Everything was very clean and sanitized. Would 10/10 recommend.
