"A September to Remember... They literally made us sleep on the floor."

HORRIBLE. Reserved a 2 Queen room for 3 adults ~6 months before traveling, but the hotel staff assigned us a room with 1 King bed. We immediately tried to correct the error, but they refused to give us 2Q because they had oversold the property for an event and said we could take it or go to another hotel. Bon Voy Customer Svc insisted it was up to local staff to choose which room they assign, no matter what type you reserve online. The Assistant Manager treated us like second class citizens, and Marriott only compensated us **for the cost of an air mattress we had to purchase and set up on the floor** since this property didn't offer rollaway beds. The water in the lobby was empty every time I walked by it and the coffee bar hours were completely unpredictable. Staff also told us we couldn't sit on the pool's lounge chairs in their internal courtyard on an 85' day in mid-September because they were "closed for the season".

"I only stayed here one night and would give this hotel a 3 star. Is located in between a Red Roof and Hyatt."

The bed was the best thing about this location as well as the Bistro located on site. The shower was nice!

The room wasn’t cleaned well, the rooms are older and need to be renovated, the LG tv keeps losing signal, the location isn’t the best, the front desk personnel took so long checking us in. He kept saying it was due to a third party booking app but he was in training something I could tell due to his coworker looking over his shoulder and assisting him. And the keyboard keys were maybe too small for his fingers, because he had to keep back-spacing due to pressing too many incorrect keys at one time. The sink faucet took a really long time to warm up and it wasn’t really user friendly. Just wasn’t what I was expecting for a Courtyard Marriot.

The staff at check in were really kind and accommodating.

We called for extra towels and they took so long that we ended up just going to find someone to get some.
