Horrible stay the place is old, out-dated and dirty. The front desk staff member “September” was rude and un accommodating. I wanted to leave immediately. If not for my husband family reunion we would have… also the water was cold as my husband complained. There were stains on the shower curtains and closet doors too

Property was very clean, quiet and convenient.

Room smelled like mildew

The vroom was damp and smelled musty. My brother stayed in another room and his room was musty as well. I was busy moving my daughter into a dorm and had no energy to change/switch rooms or hotels.

Will not stay there again

I don't write reviews often but I felt compelled to write this one due to the exceptional service I received from Tim at the front desk during my stay at Courtyard Marriott. After a few unexpected room changes, Tim went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and satisfied. Tim went outside the scope of his responsibilities and personally cleaned a room after his shift so that my family and I could have a better accommodation. This selfless act amazed me and no words could express the amount of gratitude I felt in that moment. Throughout my stay, even in the midst of a frustrating situation, Tim consistently remained pleasant, professional, and genuinely caring. His calming positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile, made a stressful situation much easier to navigate. Courtyard Marriott should feel lucky to have such a dedicated employee. He turned my stay around and left a lasting impression. I recommend a stay here not because things will be perfect, but because when they are not, accountability will be taken and work will be done to ensure satisfaction.
