The shower had great water pressure

Great stay. No complaints whatsoever. Would definitely stay again

Everything was good. The only issue I had was the side door wouldn’t open with my key.

Bad smell on room. Bad cleaning. Expensive Bad maintenence on hotel building. Bad attention to client

The hotel was nice and clean.

The 2 ladies who were working at 630 in the morning were rude. I reserved my room for 3 people. My husband went down to the front desk, to get a towel and wash cloth for my daughter, and the front desk staff said it is standard to only have 2 sets of washcloths and towels and asked why he need another. He explained the room was reserved for 3 guests. She told the other team member to go get a washcloth. When she came back she only had a washcloth no towel. He asked her about towel. She proceeded to be rude, obnoxious and obligatory. Please train your staff with the proper training skills, so they can give the customers, professional satisfaction and support,communication and customer service skills

It was Terrible experience. 1.There was dead cockroach on the floor which was not cleaned even after mentioned as part of next day cleaning . 2.Floor had sand all over 3.Bathroom door was not closing 4.No trash can in bathroom 5.Only two bath towels 6.Terrible service 7.Air conditioning is like in some motel rooms.

Shower door was broken and would not stay closed.Saw a huge cockroach in the hallway ,bed was too soft but still pretty comfortable. Really liked the balcony and the nice size television.Overall our stay was nice and we would stay there again
