"Poor"

The front desk staff were very pleasant and understanding.

I've stayed at this hotel a few times in the past and have NEVER had any issues like I did this time. The TV didnt work. The TV picture wouldn't come on. They changed my room and it looked like the shower floor had a bug and wasn't clean. So it was just very disappointing.

"Good"

Had a terrible day. The toilet made a loud screaming sound upon each flush. The bathroom was dirty and tub was not cleaned. The room had a musty smell and the floors were sticky. The door into our room would not close and it took over 2 hours and three phone calls for a staff member to assist us. Walls are super thin and you can hear people talking next door. Would not recommend.

"Great Service, Denise is Exceptional"

I don’t typically take the time to write lengthy reviews, especially not from my computer, but this occasion was different. I began drafting this on the second day of my 5 day stay because I wanted to ensure I remembered everything. I booked this hotel at the last minute, and to be honest, I didn’t have high expectations. Just a reasonable place to stay for work. However, Denise completely transformed that experience from the moment I arrived. She is kind, patient, and goes above and beyond in a way I’ve seldom encountered, even at luxury hotels like the Ritz. Her genuine concern for the guests made this hotel feel like more than just a place to rest, it felt inviting. During my stay, the fire alarm system had some persistent issues, which meant alarms were sounding more frequently than anyone would have preferred. It could have easily turned into a stressful situation, but Denise managed it all with calmness and poise. I witnessed her balancing phone calls, communicating with the fire department, management, and maintenance… she was handling everything. Somehow, amidst all that, she still found time to engage with guests, keep everyone updated, and reassure people with a smile. One moment that truly stood out was when I saw her speaking a few words in Spanish to a member of the cleaning staff who didn’t speak much English. Her coworkers were taken aback, and when asked about it, she mentioned she was trying to learn Spanish to improve communication. That really resonated with me, no one asked her to do that. She simply wanted to connect with her team, and that speaks volumes about her character. Due to the fire alarm issue, one of the elevators had to be closed. Denise ensured that guests on the upper floors were moved to the side of the building with operational elevators. She anticipated everything before anyone even had to ask. Initially, I booked for just one week, but because of the exceptional treatment I received, especially from Denise, I’ve decided to extend my stay for the entire month I’ll be in town for work. It was a straightforward choice. Also, shoutout to the Bistro staff. They were always friendly and made the lobby a great place to unwind and get some work done in the evenings. If any of you read this, thank you… I’m genuinely looking forward to coming back.

"Don't include breakfast in your stay."

Breakfast included in the room. Felt like waiter was doing me a favor. Order came out wrong a few times to the point I didn't even go have breakfast on our last two days.

"The Divide "

We stayed for a weekend get away for my birthday. The location is great, close to everything. The room was nice, bathroom was a little small but cool. The bed was very comfortable. The only negative was we asked for rooms on the same floor. Not only didnt we get rooms on the same floor, 2 of the families that were with us was on the 3rd floor in a different building. There's no easy access from one building to the other meaning we had to go to down to 1st floor and walk around to the other set of elevators to get to our friends rooms or vice versa. Outside of that everything was good.

"Front desk hospitality at its finest"

I recently stayed at this hotel with my basketball team and their parents. We had about 10 rooms. The customer service we received from Timothy was top notch. He handled all our requests with his patience and gentle nature. He always treated everyone with respect and courtesy which sometimes is lacking in this industry. We appreciate his wonderful customer care and would consider staying at this establishment again in the future.

"Disappointing"

It was in a good location for what we needed it for. It was also quiet.

When we got there the room was not ready, and we got there at 330pm. The person at the counter did not take the deposit from the right card. When I was checking out and was trying to tell the person at the counter about my experience, they ignored me.
