Check-in was a hassle. Trash in the hallway. No sheets on the pull out sofa. Floor was not clean. Stains on the furnitures. Unpleasant stay

The hotel was well taken care of. The workout room is pretty good for a hotel and the pool is at most 4ft so perfect for younger kids. Taryn was super helpful and is amazing at her job. She really made the hotel stay great. When ever we come to this area we stay here.

We like to stay at Marriott properties because they're always nice. But this one needs some TLC. It appears to have been recently redecorated, but it needs to be renovated. The building, both inside and out, is showing it's age - lots of wear and tear.

Had problems at check-in, their front desk was difficult to deal with. The Hotels.com representative was able resolve

My only issue was the luggage carts are not accessible when checking in or out. Thank you to the young lady at the front desk who took the cart to the entrance I had to use. On the day I was to check out. I had to walk to the front desk. Get the cart myself and walk back to the entrance near my room. That part is unacceptable. Needs to another way since this hotel has 6 entrances.

Property and room was cleaning, housekeeping was thorough and prompt each day, staff was polite.

Room didn’t have a microwave

The systems was down due to the weather, but the staff handled it professionally.

I was not satisfied with the bed. I think it needed a new box spring. I did bring it to the attention of the staff. I did not like the fact that the bathroom did not have a door at the entrance. There was only one trash can that was in the bathroom. I will not be returning to the Court Yard again. Also I think instead of the B stro there should be some place for Continental breakfast. Thank you
