Staff was nearly impossible to find for anything, even a question or a cup of coffee. Very few amenities for business travelers beyond some couches in the lobby. Entire place felt dark and old.

"Don't sleep here-your back can't take it"

Stayed here 3 nights and would have needed a wheelchair if I had stayed one more night. Mattress is the softest I have ever had in a hotel and wrecked my back. Front desk said they were replaced not so long ago but I don't believe it. Asked for a backboard-none available! What's worse, the front desk receptionist really didn't care.
