The pool and outdoor seating

The tub was clogged and every time you flushed the toilet the drains made some weird popping noises for a while. I had to be moved to a different room because the tub would not drain. Even after someone came to fix it. I had to walk to the lobby to warm my food. The front desk clerk was rude. It wasn't a pleasant stay.

No longer has a hot tub.Doesn't have a sauna either

The location

I can’t believe that for the $ they charge, there was no complimentary breakfast. The bed was nice, but the pillows were like rocks. Had me tossing all night to get comfortable.

Dirty room, noises all night long, blood stains on the wall, no hot water, doors constantly slamming, bathroom very dirty. Hotel manager offered cup of coffee to rectify.

Paper thin walls, noisy fridge.. it's like the neighbors are inside your room. It may just be the materials used by the walls that make the rooms so resonant, so there may only be so much the hotel can do. The place is also a bit of a maze in terms of getting to your room from the parking lot. Definitely won't look at staying here again.

Nice and clean hotel . Staff great and friendly..Only issue room had no Microwave.

It was loud all day with children running up and down the hallways yelling, while their parents were drinking in the lobby. I informed the staff but they said there was nothing they could do.

Checking was a breeze supervisor checked us in and was super nice and informative! Bed is like a cloud! Absolutely love it! Pool area is a little cold but not too bad! Will for sure stay again. Food prices are a bit high but for essentially room service that is expected
