Courtyard Scottsdale North

I was there for a 3 day event. The hotel went above and beyond in providing a spectacular service for us. From the rooms to the conference room to the food... all of it was amazing! Thank you so much!

Breakfast such a really poor quality

Beware of a front desk lady named “Selena” extremely rude, condescending, and overall extremely unprofessional. Generally I have never have issues with Marriott properties, it is where my husband and I frequent most as he travels almost exclusively with Marriott for work, but this particular property needs to seriously look into this lady. She has absolutely no place working in customer service. Her behavior was atrocious when I checked in. Asking her a simple question was met with dirty looks and condescending responses.

At first no hair dryer - had to go to front desk to get one. One of the electrical outlets (by the bed) did not work. Informed the front desk.

This hotel

Has my service dog with me. I called in advanced and they still charged me a “pet fee” AFTER I was there do days! Worst management and illegal discrimination for a service animal! And the staff kept asking for registration which is against the ADA laws. No damage was done to the room and I even cleaned it myself before housekeeping.

The coffee was not good. The workers did a great job.

We booked our stay here because it was close to were my conference was and this hotel had a bar and restaurant. The restaurant was closed two of the days because you had no staff and the bar was closed Valentine’s Day because you had no staff. We could have stayed somewhere else for less money and got the same amenities. Very disappointed one of the main reasons for booking there and definitely didn’t get our moneys worth.

Stayed here for a quick 1-day conference in Scottsdale. No upgrade with Titanium Elite status unfortunately, but still a good stay. The rooms were were typical Courtyard size and the reception staff and market staff were excellent. I always appreciate the opportunity to grab decent food and coffee in the Courtyard lobby. The close proximity to a larger and much more expensive hotel/conference center is why I booked here. It delivered on overall value. I would stay her again.

Ate at the restaurant next to hotel parking it was very good

I don't mind people traveling with the children but there should have been more supervision or hotel staff restricting the kids running up and down the hallways
