I liked that the property was very close to stores and restaurants. We didn’t have to travel far to get what we needed.

The WiFi was down for most of our trip, the pool looked open and we were told maintenance was working on it but never seen anyone working on whatever issue they were supposedly having. Also when I came down to front desk to get towels and rags I was told I needed to bring the dirty towels and rags. I have never to be asked to do that at ANY hotel and don’t plan to do that. Plus we were only given 2 rags and 2 towels and the room I booked was for 3 people. Half of the outlets did not work in our room we had to move our microwave to a whole different part of the room to heat up our food. I am very disappointed with this last stay we always travel here often but this stay was not a good one.

Good location, stayed here multiple times before when we come to town. Easy to get to from Raleigh, Chapel Hill and Durham. Staff is always nice.

Mattress and pillows could use a refresh. Pillows were very flat and mattress wasn't comfortable, and very creaky.
