The location is good access to banks, mini shopping centers, good restaurants near. 20 minutes from downtown city of Durham. Police surveillance 24 hours, mechanics shop if you need oil change or service to your vehicle across the highway. Etc.

I up graded to a different room and my remaining of my refund has not been returned to my account and it has been passed the 10-14 business days. I have spoken with my bank and property management.Nothing has been done.

I really just needed somewhere to go for the weekend. It was an ok stay

The sink is separate from bathroom , the floors were dirty still the tv kept flickering or glitching one of the lamps were broke
