"This is one clean hotel."

Thank you for welcoming us to your hotel. I like Courtyard by Marriott because they are usually clean and kept up. The Richmond West was above my expectations. Every place you went you saw the hard work of the staff. The rugs, tables, lounge areas, clean. Hallways, bathrooms, hotel room, hotel rugs and bathrooms were clean. Thank you again for paying attention to the details! Upon arrival the staff were so kind and friendly. We were told about the restaurant and bar. After settling in our room we went to the restaurant. The menu is limited but but ample enough for a quick dinner. They had a Grilled Cheese Sandwich and Tomato soup our favorite. The meal was very tasty. Perfect comfort food after a very long drive.

Overall the property is clean and comfortable however the inoperable pool area is an eyesore as you sit on the patio and it needs some attention.

"Decent jotel but will try somewhere else next time"

Friendly staff and clean rooms. Bathroom was huge in the one bedroom suite and water pressure was good.

No free breakfast. My kids has a rough night sleep on the pull out bed, can’t image if an adult has to sleep on it.

Jerome and Bryan were excellent at the front desk. Bryan checked us in so quickly and had a wonderful disposition. When we needed to extend our stay for an extra night, Jerome made it so easy and he was so pleasant to deal with. The service at the Bistro was also excellent! Friendly people who made us feel at home after an 11 hour drive. Thank you!
