the invoice generated was not able to switch to my card during check out

I had the worst day here.

Clean and safe

Room was clean, comfortable. I especially liked the sofa and table to work. The bed was very comfortable. Really appreciated the shuttle service to and from the airport.

Very comfortable but definitely in the flight path for SFO. Some hallway noise, but not much. I live rurally so hearing the airplanes so loudly kept me up at times. Probably it wouldn’t affect others from more urban areas as much. Water was hot, room temperature comfortable, bed and sheets súper and I didn’t feel cramped in the room. One of the few hotels that have a scheduled free shuttle at 2:30 am with about 10 min to arrive at SFO so I am happy. Overall excellent experience.

I will preface this review with the fact that I hold elite status and, therefore, should, in theory, be treated better than the average person staying at this hotel. Decided to stay near the airport rather than dealing with the trip into the city after late (early?) plane arrival. The shuttle took a while to pick me up, but, again, the time was late. The layout of the hotel is confusing. I don't even know how that's possible, since it's a rectangle with a courtyard in the middle. Yet, I was only outside of my room twice during the one-night stay and got lost both times. On my way to check-out, housekeeping immediately knew to direct me towards the elevator, so it's clearly something that happens regularly. The room was unremarkable. Housekeeping obviously wasn't working very hard, as there was dirt in some of the less-accessible corners, as well as random hair about. At check-in, I asked if the shuttle would be able to take me to the BART station, and was told yes. [The station isn't a far walk, but I had two bags with me.] At check-out, I asked to get the shuttle, and the response was an angry, "Who told you that?" The front desk employees eventually worked out that, whoever checked me in was someone with authority, and told me that I would need to wait. This was apparently not true, as, a few minutes later, another front desk employee (why do they need so many?) came back from break and was able to take me. Overall, pretty meh for a one-night stay.

It was fine. No complaints.
