I dont think i have ever stayed at a courtyard marriot. The room was very clean i must say but a lil dark and outdated to me. Its not a modern property. Definitely clean!!

Not too far from SFO and hotel provides free shuttle service. I found myself stranded in SF after a missed flight connection and this hotel eased my mind and picked me up from airport before their check-in time. Room was very nice. Lobby sells frozen dinners and snacks. Rooms have microwaves and fridges. There is a restaurant nearby for fresh meals.

"Overalll it would have been and OK stay if not for the disturbing noise levels in the hallway"

The convenience of the shuttle from and to the airport.

One could hear people talking and doors slamming in the hallway startingly me out of my sleep. Also to get to the elevators one had to walk a long hallway.

"Extremely Disappointed"

I am extremely disappointed in this hotel. I did not receive a confirmation email for my stay so I booked with a different hotel. I called the hotel twice and they refuse to refund me for my stay and claim I was a no show. I did not show up because I did not even know I had a reservation. I will not be staying with Marriott in the future, worst customer I have ever recieved.
