"A Marriott it ain’t"

This was certainly not up to Courtyard by Marriott standards. We stayed there on Thanksgiving and Black Friday evenings. When I got to my room on Friday night my room wasn’t made up, which is a real bugaboo for me. Not only wasn’t my bed made, but there was no coffee- which was a problem because I was checking out early in the morning. Not only that but something was up with either the ventilation system or the air in the room because my throat felt like it was closing up. Because my niece and her husband will probably be hosting Thanksgiving at their home in Rockville from now on we know where not to stay next year

"Awkward layout of the hotel"

First time at this hotel, we thought that we should try a different hotel this time. The courtyard is well located in Rockville, MD. Has a lot of places to eat near by and if anyone is looking to stay in a hotel to visit a friend or family member at Adventist HealthCare Shady Grove Medical Center, this hotel is a great location. What we found weird is that the parking is on the side of the hotel. Then you have to walk around to get to the front of the hotel to reach the lobby. We checked in ( the front desk clerk was super friendly), then after checking we walked all around the first floor to reach the elevator ( exactly the elevator is not next to the lobby) you pass several doors that lead to the parking area but you need to check in first. Once on the elevator, we reach our room. The room was spacious, and clean. The shower was great and the water was hot! We like the fact that has a little balcony and a sofa bed. The amenities were limited but is ok. Parking included but not breakfast.

"Ok . Great fries"

Seems like every room I stay in this hotel every room has a mysterious white stains i would say the last 4 times this is in room 110 never thought to take other pictures. I dont think these stains should have to be cleaned by house keeping but maybe a infection control service. Please clean you white stains up when you make them .

"Horrible will not be back"

Location

It was dirty, not fully clean, dead bugs smashed against the wall, crickets in the bathroom. Breakfast wasn’t ready smh horrible stay left a day early and didn’t get a refund or credit
