The quality of bed, cleanliness

Paper thin walls, couldn't sleep because the people in the room next to us were up all night. It was horrible

This hotel is great if you need to visit the Parisppany, Whippany, Morristown areas. It’s under the flight path or Morristown airport if you fancy watching airforce one coming into land. Reception was ok, they charged $30 to check in an hour early but worth it to freshen up. The room was very spacious, clean, but didn’t have refrigerator or microwave. All in all it was a good stay.

The communal microwave was VERY dirty. It must be cleaned by the hotel daily, no excuses. This presented a serious health & safety issue.

Courtyard was overgrown

Rude manage. Broken towel rack. Broken cabinet door. Phone did not work never got a wake up call. Outside my door never launched you did not need to swipe to get in. They did give me another room for second night. Told me to leave if I didn't like it. Then I asked for a tea bag and was told they are $5.00. Never again

Room was very clean and smelled good upon arrival, staff was very kind and helpful.

No chairs on the patio so we weren’t able to use it really, stepped out for a moment but no opportunity to sit and enjoy the scenery.
