Vi fick fel rum gentemot bokningen.

I went for the Catrina Festival at Sundance and wanted to stay place close. The hotel was in my price range and only a block from Sundance. The staff where incredibly kind, the room was clean and comfortable. I also loved having a Corner Bakery in the hotel. I will definitely be returning.

Parking was valet only and pricey

The location was fabulous and an easy walk around town. There were loads of resturants to choose from. The staff were so friendly and seemed to enjoy their work with people.

Boor Facilities, overrated and priced.

Hotel was clean and meet expectations. Front desk not so much. The valet was excellent but please know that your vehicle goes up an elevator to a multilevel parking garage. We were told by the valet(A third party) that if we did need anything out of the vehicle to call and they would get it for us. Called the front desk and they said that basically it was not their problem. You should go get it yourself. All the front desk had to do was give me a contact for the velvet and would have called them. I tried to call them back and only person at the front desk would not answer the phone since it was coming from my room number. When they it’s not their problem I guess they mean it. My biggest complaint is apparently the two entities (Marriott and the valet company) Do not work well together. The main complaint is against Marriott. The front desk person could not care less and would not answer the phone for anymore questions.
