Courtyard Fort Worth Downtown/Blackstone

Room is small and AC doesn’t seem to work well. Room was warm with thermostat all the way down and fan running. Somewhat noisy, even on the 8th floor. I paid as much for this crappy room as at the Worthington, which is the only place I will stay from now on.

Clean and cool room. Friendly, helpful front attendants. Good valet help. Nice bakery restaurant built on site with good coffee and food.

Great location. Staff could have been more helpful didn't seem to know the area. They also charged for coffee in the lobby in the morning. For the amount of money per night I thought that was terrible.

Loved having the balcony off the room, was nice to be able to escape the air conditioning and see Fort Worth from above. Couldn't turn the air conditioning off and the sink blocked but all in all it was very clean and spacious room. Staff were not rude but not very friendly or welcoming either. Arrived late at night after a 13 hour flight and not even a smile, just a transaction....

The staff is kind and very friendly. Excellent location with numerous restaurants nearby and within walking distance of the Convention Centre.

The bed and pillows were a little uncomfortable to my taste. The bed sheets were only changed once during a 10-day stay. The rest of the time, only the comforter was properly put back in place.

The staff is extremely helpful and accommodating to guest request.

The concierge, Jean, was extremely helpful. When the room we were assigned turned out to be too small for four adults, she worked her magic and found us a new room, even when the hotel was sold out. Becuase of her, we were able to enjoy our stay.

We booked a room for four adults that could only sleep three at a maximum. The room was confirmed as acceptable for four adults prior to visiting.

Staff at check-in was very nice!
