Days Inn by Wyndham Lamont/Monticello

The hotel is clean...it is very dated and in need of upgrades. While it is Florida in the summer... 2 humongous palmetto bugs is still gross. The once available outdoor pool is absolutely gross. Disappointed as it is definitely bare minimum accommodation

Very clean. Quiet. Comfortable bed. Great pillows! Laura at the front desk was so accommodating! We received the best service. We mentioned that we were going to Destin but didn’t want to take the Highway. The following morning, were given directions to Destin that she herself takes. We had a very enjoyable ride between Monticello and Destin.

None. No reason to discuss this Days Inn. We have stayed at Days Inn before with better quality and value. The rest of this survey should be discussed with the staff and managers. The location was the only reason we stayed at this hotel.

Service stay and sleep was as good as being at home if family friends are looking for a place overnight or more would highly recommend it to them also will be staying at another one when on trips if one is within 20 mile of my destination

Nice hotel although a little older. Room was clean and staff was exceptional in the check in and check out process. Just off I-10 but far enough off there was no interstate noise. Pet friendly. Near a few restaurants and Monticello is not far. Price was a little high.

I booked hotel for one night as a layover on our way to southern Florida. The photos showed a nice hotel with a beautiful outdoor pool. The room was acceptable. Clean, but pretty dated. When I went to check in there wasn't anyone in the office, but someone came in pretty quickly. Staff was friendly. Major problem was pool. It was full of dirty water and wasn't open. It didn't look like it had been open in a LONG time. Don't advertise a pool if you don't have one that isn't one that is useable.

Property was a little torn up, easy access off highway. Think there was a remodel going on so conditions may improve. Front desk helpful and easy to check in and check out. Grabbed a couple fresh bananas before heading out, so fruit was fresh.

Clean and comfy. Room was what I was needing after a long day on the road, Started the day in Fargo ND, Flew into Tampa nd was on the road to Texas when I stopped here. The only gripe I would have is the flooring in the room. It was extremely slick/slippery. and it didn't matter what foot ware I had on. I changed from work boots to tennis shoes to make things better and it was still very slippery. I could see this as being a potential slip hazard.

The building looks old, the carpet was dirty. This hotel was not what I would expect under the Wyndham name. Their website changed the date I had input and I had to call to correct it. I will be more careful when I choose a hotel.

Overall the place was clean and liked the layout of room. The furniture a lil worn, but comfortable. Able to park directly by our room which is important to us. Brd was very comfortable. Employees wore masks which we appreciated that.
