Days Inn by Wyndham Lamont/Monticello

Ice machine didn’t work. Fridge didn’t work. Toilet was falling away from wall and in disrepair. Toilet was leaking onto the bathroom floor, lights did not work. Additional lamp was flickering. Will not issue a refund!!! At check out, the lady explained that they really haven’t had a maintenance person in a very long time, but they finally have a new one who will be starting soon! She also explained that the pool hasn’t been functional for three years until very recently. Very low honesty here. If you’ve been driving for nine hours and check in at midnight, and don’t have the energy to wait for maintenance people and wade thru corporate robot customer service systems, then you’ll end up paying for it the next day. See water on the floor below the toilet. See corrosion and dirt on the appliances in pictures.

Newly renovated rooms. New hard surface floors were perfect for our dog. Dog fee was a reasonable $15.00. "Mark" at the front desk was polite, friendly and professional. We appreciated that he wore a mask at check in. A/C and internet were good.

My overall experience with this location is very nice. In the two weekends I have used this location I have had no problems. The staff is very nice and friendly. I do attend on using this location the next time I visit the area.

We went on a 12 day road trip. This was by far the worse hotel on the trip. We had no choice because there was a big game in Tallahassee. We got in late, and left early. We were glad to get away. We were also glad to say goodbye to the cockroaches.

It was fine for the price. Needs to be updated but was clean and seemed safe.

Great trip. The front desk staff was very nice. I stayed on my way to Miami. Nice, clean, friendly place to rest your head for a night. They even have a light breakfast in the morning. Also it's right next to McDonalds.. I will stay her again on my next trip to Florida.

The hotel is extremely run down and needs to be updated. For the price of $212. a nite it was not worth the money.

Off the beaten track, only a MacDonalds and Arby's near by so not good if you are looking for multiple food choices. Great for an overnight, very quiet even though it is right off the interstate. Older motel but well maintained. Room with king size bed was enormous. Bed was extremely comfortable.

I was moving back from Houston to Miami, and after 13 hours of driving a truck towing my car, this is exactly what I needed. Right off i-10, with a McD's and a gas station next to it. The room was clean, and everything was perfect for what it was: a pit stop and some hours of sleep before hitting the road again. Good parking for trucks.
