"Theresa is amazing!"

We had such a wonderful stay at this Holiday Inn! If you’re lucky enough to visit while Theresa is in the kitchen, you’re in for a treat. She is truly incredible—so warm, so kind, and she went above and beyond to make our trip memorable. I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels, and I’ve never encountered a staff member as exceptional as her. She made our entire experience feel special. Highly recommend!

Rooms could have been more cleaner. Cobwebs behind the chair, bathroom door on the floor corner dead bugs, bathroom air vent filled with black dirt
