Not great beds; walls are too thin—heard noisey neighbors

Check in experience was great but once we left and came back later that night… A security guard yelled at my daughter for trying to figure out how to open the door.

The front desk lady was an angel. When arrived a fire alarm came on. After a hotel evacuation and waiting outside for over 30 minutes we were able to check in. The following morning the hot water ran out for over 3 hours from 7 until 1030 and the elevators stopped working. The front desk had to handle all the complaints, which she had no control over. The owner the hotel needs to put more into the mechanicals of this property.

Nice, clean, shower backed up. Taken care of quickly.

Parking was too expensive and not good.

I didn’t like the breakfast but no hotel really has great breakfast. I liked the room. It was spacious and decent. The staff was very friendly.

Again I didn’t care for the food! The wait for the elevator was a little long.
