Holiday Inn Express Washington DC East- Andrews AFB by IHG

We have stayed in many “business” hotels but this was the worst. We stayed at a Microtel thr night before and it was the Ritz compared to this run down mess of a hotel. Check in took 20 minutes and we were the only ones in the line. Hallway was gross and just an appetizer for the room. Walls were stained carpet was even grosser. Shoes on the whole time. Bed was clean so that was good but slept in my clothes. There are better options than this. Guaranteed.

The television need to be larger and quicker channels, the breakfast was good.

The guy who checked us in was absolutely awesome

Check in was efficient and service was good. Room and surrounding area was clean. There was a mini fridge but it didn’t get cold overall, it was a pleasant stay

The staff were professional, friendly and helpful

The room next to mine had their tv on all night and it was thru the walls The bed was uncomfortable, seem like I felt the coils

The staff and accommodations were excellent. Mr Preston was especially helpful in making my mom who is 80 yrs old with dementia comfortable.The food was horrible. Bagels and muffins were hard. No orange juice and the apple juice tasted like it had 10 pounds of sugar. I would recommend based on hospitality.

Staff was friendly.. will stay here again!!

Everything was accessible

I like the easier way of travel, close to my location.

Once I got into my room, no hot water, the desk chair need work, peeling. The quality of the room in relationship to the price didn't match, the carpet need a little care (cleaning), also need a color coordinating to lift up the room.

It's a budget holiday inn . Everything was as expected
